Manage your public profile
Configure the information that is visible to other members of your workspace. These details help your colleagues understand your role and preferred communication tools.
To access these settings, go to User preferences > Public.
Note: These settings are global and shared across all your workspaces.
Profile Bio
Use the Bio field to provide a brief description of yourself (up to 500 characters). This description is visible to other users when they view your profile, making it a great place to share:
- Your official job title and department.
- Your areas of expertise or key projects.
- Your time zone or typical working hours.
Preferred Platform
The Profile setting allows you to select your primary video conferencing platform.
When you select a platform (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams), this information is displayed on your public profile. It helps your teammates know which platform you typically use for remote recording, streamlining the process of scheduling and joining meetings.
Saving changes
After updating your bio or selecting your preferred platform, click Save Changes at the bottom of the page to apply the updates to your public profile.
