Finding and Searching Past Meetings

Find any meeting in your Harmony library by browsing the list, filtering, or searching. You can search inside a single transcript or ask Companion to find meetings across your history.

How to open your meetings list

  1. Click Meetings in the sidebar.
  2. Your library appears with the most recent meetings first. Use Browse in the left submenu to see all meetings.

Filtering meetings

Click Filter and choose one or more criteria. Filters work together (AND logic). You can filter by:

  • Person (employee, contact, team, or group)
  • Date range
  • Tags
  • Recording duration
  • Medium
  • Status

Searching inside a meeting

Open the meeting and use in-transcript search (Ctrl/Cmd + F) to find text and move between matches.

Finding meetings with Companion

Ask Companion in plain language. For example:

  • "Find meetings where we discussed enterprise pricing,"
  • "Show me calls with Sarah from last month,"
  • "When did we last talk to Acme Corp?"

You can also ask cross-meeting questions like "What did John say about the timeline across our meetings?" or "Show me meetings where competitors were mentioned." Companion overview has more on what you can ask.

Organizing with tags

Open a meeting, go to the Properties tab, and scroll to the Tags section at the bottom. Add tags (e.g. by team like Sales or Support, by type like Demo or QBR, by status- e.g. Won, Lost or custom labels). Use those tags in the filter to find meetings later.

Seeing all meetings with a contact

To view every meeting with a specific contact or team memeber: open any meeting with that person, click their avatar and choose View profile. You can also go to People in the sidebar and select Contacts (or Members), then open the contact. On their profile, you will see the full list of conversations and calls, and the activity tab showing the timeline.

Troubleshooting

Meeting not found — Confirm you have access, that the meeting was processed, and that it wasn’t deleted.
