Your First Meeting with Harmony

Experience Harmony in action with your first recorded meeting

Invite Harmony to a meeting

Currently, you must manually invite the Harmony Companion to your video calls. Automatic joining from your calendar is coming soon.

  1. Open your meeting (Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams).
  2. Copy the Meeting Link from your video conferencing app.
  3. In Harmony, click the Quick menu and select Remote.
  4. Paste the meeting link and click Ask Companion to join.
  5. Go back to your meeting and click Admit when the "Harmony" participant appears in the waiting room.

Paste meeting link dialog

Meeting links can only be used once. If you need to restart a meeting, generate a new link before inviting the Companion again.

Start a meeting from Harmony

You can launch a new meeting directly from the Harmony dashboard and invite the Companion in one flow.

  1. Locate the Start a new meeting bar at the bottom of the dashboard.
  2. Select your platform (Google Meet, Zoom, or Teams) from the dropdown.
  3. Alternatively, open the Quick menu by clicking the Quick Launch button. Select Start Meeting (the "+" icon labeled "Start a meeting").
  4. Click Start a new meeting.
  5. Once the meeting opens, copy the link and follow the Remote join steps above.

Review your meeting data

After your meeting ends, Harmony takes 2–5 minutes to process the recording. Once it’s ready, you’ll find the finished meeting under Meetings in the left sidebar.

Summary & Action Items Harmony automatically identifies key decisions and follow-up tasks. You can edit these or copy them directly into your project management tools.

Insights Harmony extracts the data points that matter to your business from every conversation. Define custom metrics once—objection patterns, feature requests, competitor mentions, deal blockers—and Harmony automatically tracks them across all your meetings.

Insights Tab

Open any call to see answers extracted from that conversation, or view Insights in the sidebar to spot patterns across your entire team. This workflow allows you to use Harmony as your central hub for starting and recording meetings, even though the actual video call happens in your preferred conferencing platform.

Use Harmony as your central hub for starting and recording meetings, even when the video call happens in Zoom, Teams, or another platform. Start the recording from Harmony, join your call, and everything syncs automatically when you're done.

Sharing a meeting

You can share the transcript and insights with your team or stakeholders in two ways: generate a shareable link or export as PDF.

To do so, open the meeting and click Share in the top-right corner.

Choose your sharing method: create a link to share the full meeting with view-only access or generate PDF to download or send via email
